What is this direct feedback line all about?
The Geek Pub gets literally hundreds of emails a day. We can’t read them all, much less respond to them. Geek Pub Premium Members get a special form for contacting Mike and Team that bubbles your message to the top of our list and highlights it. It prioritizes your message over everyone else’s.
Do I have to become a Geek Pub Premium Member to access your plans?
You can purchase individual plans by visiting our plans store. Plans range in price from $1.99 to $20 depending on which set you’re interested in. Becoming a Geek Pub Premium Member gives you instant access to more than $500 in plans. We think you’ll find it a fantastic value!
What does it mean "Your name in lights"?
Your name will be shown at the end of the video listed as a partnering producer. In addition, we’re working on a future page that will list all VIP patrons in one location. You can of course opt-out if you wish to be a silent partner.
How does the extended warranty work for annual subscriptions?
As long as your Geek Pub Premium or VIP annual membership stays continuously active, any purchases of Geek Pub branded products will be covered under warranty. We will repair or replace any defective item free of charge. Extended warranty does not apply to commercial use, bulk purchases, or resold products.
