  • If your order was for virtual goods including ARCADE PLANS, please refer to the links in your order email receipt or visit your My Account page to access your plans.
  • Most orders for IN STOCK items placed by 12PM CST M-F ship SAME DAY. Orders after 12PM CST ship next day.
  • Orders for custom items and arcade skins may take an additional 1-2 days to process.
  • Backorder items will ship when all items are in stock.
  • We send an email with tracking information when the order ships. Check your email and SPAM folder for emails from tracking@shipstation.com.
  • You can additionally find your tracking number and other order information by visiting your My Account page.
  • Our support team can not provide any additional information beyond what is shown on the USPS, UPS, or DHL tracking page. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number if you need additional assistance tracking your order.
