If your order is for physical goods, such as arcade kits or prints, please refer to your order shipment email for your tracking number. You can also get your tracking number from your My Account page. You can track your package on the USPS, UPS, or DHL websites.
For issues with delivery please contact the carrier directly. Our customer support team can not provide any additional details beyond what the carrier tracking page provides.

Refund Policy:
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Refunds exclude shipping and handling charges and include a 20% restocking fee. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Return Policy:
We will repair or replace defective items at no cost other than return shipping, provided the issue is not the result of misuse or improper handling.
